Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring Turns 100!

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring, here’s a graphical representation of the score – you can literally see the sounds as they happen! This video was made by Stephen Malinowski and Jay Bacal, and features a digital orchestra. I very rarely go for digitized music (in fact I reserve it almost exclusively for video games), but the combination of the visual synced up with the audio was too cool to pass up here. You can find the original link here.
